How do I make a reservation?
Choose your dates and lodge above, then continue to Beds24 to check live availability, pay the full accommodation total securely through Stripe and confirm your booking.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need a different time, ask in advance and we will help where possible.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, changes and cancellations are handled in line with our cancellation policy. Contact us as soon as plans change and we will do our best to help.
Are dogs welcome?
Dogs are welcome at Pontypinna Hideaways. Include the number of dogs when enquiring so we can confirm the best lodge and any stay details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking. If you have a preferred way to pay, mention it in your enquiry and the team will advise.
